Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the handcrafted nature of all Poison Emporium products, items may have some small imperfections or irregularities. However, if something is faulty or you’re just not happy, we are happy to refund or exchange the product.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement. Partial refunds may be granted in the case of faulty items after the 30 day period.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In the case of faulty items we will also require photo evidence that the item is broken or faulty.

There are certain situations where refunds unfortunately cannot be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, and if the refund is not present contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacement items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In order for us to replace the item we require proof of purchase and photo evidence that the product in question is damaged/defective.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your refund.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping returns

There is no need to ship any items back to us. If you are approved for a refund or replaced we will send you a full refund of replacement item without the need to return your original item to us.
